Graphics may not be as good, but story and gameplay may be great. There are many HD games that look gorgeous, but suck in terms of story and gameplay. Don't be too quick to disregard this game.
They might as well add the orb and motion sensing to sub controller. I don't see how that would hinder it in anyway. The gyro sensor might make it cost a little more, but the orb shouldn't add too much to its price, it's just a light.
While these motion controllers allow us to mimic motions of mice, there is always the feeling that you are pointing a beam to control a cursor rather than controlling the cursor like on the computer. I would think games like Zelda would lend themselves best motion control. Hopefully will see some good one to one controlling from Sony or Nintendo in the future.
The layout of the buttons was done that way to prevent accidental pressing of mainly the x button when going for the move button. I like that there are plenty of buttons on it within short reach of the thumb; however, instinct will mess with me because x is not where it normally is.
I think mimicking the gamecube face buttons would have good results. One large x button with other buttons in the place of the arrow keys on a keyboard. You lose the move button though in that setup...
I would like to see that and SLIDER. I would think everyone would want a little kung-fu action on a roller chair.
As many others have wished for, I would love to see an Oblivion game with this kind of control. I want one to one sword control finally.
These games apparently are still pre-alpha so I expect a lot of polish before it is released.
True, but at least they are doing the ping pong the way I thought the Nintendo tennis game should have been made.
The more hardcore the games get the more promise I see in the device. I have hope in this move.
Hopefully you can get the controller and the addon for about $50.
Not bad considering what the camera already costs. Sounds like the controllers will be reasonable priced if you already have a camera.
Lol, its the Move not the Arc. First time I have heard about the Move name was today. They did a good job keeping the name under wraps.
Good, they are selling both parts by the sound of it together. EDIT** Shoot they aren't selling them together. I wonder how much the addon will cost. **EDIT Hopefully, if you have the camera the Move will fall around $50. Plenty of options though to get the product into homes.
Looks very responsive. If it has the same latency ...
@zeeshan
I wouldn't say developers would rush to it because HD games are typically more expensive to make; however, now that two consoles have similar input methods (Wii and PS3) we will likely games have corresponding versions for both platforms. It will also make developers now think a little more about motion control rather than view it as a gimmick. Hopefully this will not only improve Sony's stellar lineup but also reinvigorate the Wii.

There really needs to be a Folklore 2. First one was really good but suffered partially due to being early in the PS3 life cycle.
Noticed that also. Good, that 8 was just a typo.
Is Yakuza 4 not in the picture? Because the only game that I see a 4 in the title has reviews of 9,10,10,9 which would give a score of 38/40.
Shoot, the nunchuck better not be optional in terms of buying. Hopefully both the arc and the nunchuck are packaged together so all games have the possibility of using both.
I wait about 6 months to play most games, so by that time everything is cheap. Keeping myself 6 months off of release schedules allows me to play more games and maintain a healthier wallet.
Majora's Mask is also my favorite. It finally gave me the dark Zelda that I so wanted. I think even the Nintendo bosses or was it the makers that said it was also their favorite.
I am interested to know if the extra two face buttons on the subcontroller can be distinguished from the other two on the move.
